An item can be returned for a refund or credit. This must occur within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags and packaging. Item/s will need to be returned to our Head Office in Sydney, ALPHA GROUP AUST, Unit 1 / 80 Jedda Rd, Prestons, 2170. Simply email us your order number and reason for return to enable us to provide the best after sale service. Once the item is received and inspected by a team member; a full refund or exchange of the product price (less the delivery charges) will be completed. Any items that have had customisations, such as logo, name, sponsor or number printing cannot be returned, any printed items delivered are final and none of the above complies.
